Fledge Coffee’s theme is inspired by The Chronicles of Narnia, encouraging exploration and discovery of unique coffees that offer a magical and intriguing experience. (Fledge refers to the first creature in Narnia, a winged horse, leading the way for adventures throughout the entire seven-book saga.)

We are committed to sourcing specialty-grade, single-origin coffees from Brazil and Ethiopia. These are considered introductory coffees—our “magical wardrobe” offerings that invite you to embark on a tasting adventure.

Our third offering is usually a limited-edition, extra-special coffee, sourced directly from small, specialized farmers using unique processing methods. These methods include but are not limited to: honey processing, anaerobic fermentation, carbonic maceration, fruit fermentation, hybrid, and experimental techniques.
